How can I apply for an absentee ballot?
An original signature is required to obtain an Absentee Ballot, so you must request an application be mailed to you by calling the City Clerk’s Office at 231-924-2101, complete and sign the form and submit it back to the Clerk’s Office before 2 p.m., on the Saturday before an election. Voted ballots must be received by at the City Clerk’s office by 8 p.m. on Election Day.
