Industrial Park

Welcome to Fremont Industrial Park

Are you considering a new location for your industrial business? In need of a highly skilled workforce? Looking for a convenient location with open, comfortable surroundings and all the amenities of larger, metro areas? Look no further than Fremont Industrial Park.

Nestled in western Michigan just a short commute from major cities, international airports and a deep-water seaport, Fremont Industrial Park supports a thriving community of industrial companies and entrepreneurs. With a diverse set of services and amenities to offer our growing business community, Fremont Industrial Park has built a culture all its own enabling our tenants to reside, thrive and grow.

The City of Fremont is quickly approaching Redevelopment Ready certification from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation. As a result, our new and existing tenants will benefit from a community that has effective policies, efficient processes and the broad community support needed to properly welcome new businesses to the area.

So Welcome to the community! Welcome to Fremont Industrial Park.

Available Real Estate

Fremont Industrial Park is comprised of nearly 150 acres of platted lots that feature full utility and telecommunications services. Presently the park has 51 acres that are available for development across three large parcels. These parcels can be divided into smaller plots to meet the needs of incoming developers or businesses.

Location & Travel Amenities

Fremont Industrial Park is located in close proximity to major airports in Chicago, Detroit, and Grand Rapids, and only 1.5 miles away from Fremont Municipal Airport to accommodate domestic and corporate travel to and from the park. We’re also only a short 40-minute commute to one of Michigan’s flagship deep-water ports located in Muskegon.

Skilled, Abundant Workforce

We help industry get it done with one of the highest concentrations of engineering talent in the world. Michigan ranks #1 in the country with skilled trades talent totaling one quarter million and growing by 6500 engineering graduates a year.

Clean, Renewable Power

We’re all about energy! The park is also home to the Fremont Regional Digester, a 2.85-megawatt state of the art anaerobic digestion facility that annually converts 165,000 tons of organic waste into renewable energy that Consumer’s Energy uses to help power the community.

Distribution & Logistics

Located in the heart of Fremont Industrial Park, MPH is one of West Michigan’s largest packaging and logistics providers serving local and national manufacturers – and you.
