Local Officers Compensation Commission

The Commission is appointed by the City Council and shall consist of five (5) members for a term of five years.  The City Manager and/or City Clerk shall be a member as secretary and keep a record of its proceedings and may be heard at its meetings but shall have no vote.  The board shall meet annually and conduct all business within 45 days, to make recommendation to the City Council.  A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum.
